Apple iPod nano 8 GB Blue (4th Generation) Reviews and Information

Product Report

The 4th generation Apple iPod nano is a sight to behold. It has a more beautiful screen, it’s thin, light, and is in nearly every way superior to previous models of the iPod Nano family. We find it hard to believe that this device will be topped in the near future.

The 8 GB iPod nano is the best deal in the whole iPod lineup. 8 GB is more than enough space to hold your music, photos, even some videos or podcasts if you are so inclined. Also, the iPod works perfectly with iTunes and the iTunes music store. At $133.95 on Amazon, this iPod can’t be beat.

Feedback & Overview
Actual Customer Feedback:

"No complain, this device rocks! It's definitely worth the extra money to get 16gb over 8gb version. " -Customer Review on Amazon.com

"I had a Sansa but that broke down after a few years and decided to upgrade and get an Ipod. After using it for a week the battery would not last past 2 hours, and I was only using it for music NOT video. Now I understand why they sell those ipod docks to recharge, but it got ridiculous recharging it after every workout.

The design is annoying to deal with as well. If you want to increase the volume you have to have a soft touch or you're in for a headache!!! It's so sensitive that you're likely to blast your ears with sound. This is the opposite of the Sansa products which weren't as sensitive. It's so sensitive that if you put it in your pocket while working out the volume will often change on you unexpectedly high or low.

I wouldn't get this if you plan to workout with it. Its like buying a luxury car for a race. It just doesn't work in those circumstances. I'm not happy with this product. The nano was not worth the money and I doubt I'll ever buy another one ever again. " -Customer Review on Amazon.com

"I love my new iPod! It's exactly what was expected from the online description, well packaged through the mail and in expected timeframe. I've downloaded some favorite music, accessed iTunes via laptop and have listened to it in my car. If it wasn't for my son who has a black or grey iPod, I wouldn't have a clue what to do. I just wish I was efficient as he is performing various functions on it. I would recommend this item to anyone, even my daughter who is 10 years old can listen and adapt the iPod to her music style. Best recommendation: learn to use the lock; purchase a cover sleave for protection and have a teenager teach you the basics." -Customer Review on Amazon.com

"This iPod is great for now. I just got it a couple of weeks ago, and I think the features are great. The only thing that I am troubled by is that there was one song that I had on my iTunes that would not transfer to my iPod unless I put it in a playlist. Also, the search function lets you confirm that a particular song is on your iPod, but it won't let you select it once you find it, which is kind of annoying in my opinion. But other than that it works great. Much better than my "first generation, third generation" iPod that stopped working almost immediately. I have hopes for this one." -Customer Review on Amazon.com

"I love it. This is my first i pod and just wish that more instructions came with it. It was just a little confusing to me at first. It is worth the money." -Customer Review on Amazon.com

The fourth generation iPod nano only improves on what is arguably the best mp3 player around. It has a great interface, great design, and is priced well. It doesn't get much better than this folks.
