While I do believe NIS prevented some problems during that time, I recently became "infected" with "Windows PC Defender" which is a trojan horse that causes much aggravation. When I contacted Norton support to see why this had gotten past Norton and to see what I needed to do to eliminate the problem, I was told they could fix it but it would cost either $99 or $139 depending on the level of "service" I wanted. It didn't seem to matter when I pointed out that I had been a loyal paying customer, expecting service that should not have allowed this "infection." I refused to pay to get service I thought I had already been paying for. I promptly deleted Norton and replaced it with another program that I have been happy with on other computers I use. I kept a copy of the customer service dialog with the support person to give to all my friends, to warn them NOT to use Norton. You can get close to 250 lbs of resistance with that set though. I use it and love it. you should add the bodylastics link here. So you have a set listed that comes with a pullup bar and 5 bands for 75 bucks, I have about 110 in mine and have a great warranty, a ten dollar pullup bar and ALOT more resistance.
